VERIFIED REALITY APP: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) v1.0

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN BIZBIO INC. (“THE COMPANY”) AND THE ENTITY OR INDIVIDUAL (“LICENSEE”) INSTALLING OR USING THE VERIFIED REALITY APP.

SECTION 1: DUAL-LICENSING FRAMEWORK

1.1 Tiered Licensing Model: This Software is distributed under a tiered licensing model designed to balance open-source utility with proprietary forensic security. By installing the Verified Reality App (VRA) or accessing the Desktop Viewer, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following licensing distinctions.

1.2 The Burner Node (Open Source): The basic capture utility and C2PA metadata injection tools are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Use of these specific components is governed by the terms of that open-source license. This allows for broad utility while maintaining core metadata standards.

1.3 The Sovereign Vault & Notary Logic (Proprietary): The "Active Interrogation" protocols, PRNU-key verification, "Stella" spatial mapping, and "Axel" AI-audit logic remain the exclusive, proprietary property of Bizbio Inc.. These components are patent-pending and managed by formal IP counsel.

1.4 Grant of License: For the proprietary components, Bizbio Inc. grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Sovereign Vault and Notary Logic. This license is contingent upon an active subscription and compliance with all terms herein.

1.5 Technical Scope & Limitations: The VRA Trust Infrastructure operates as a "Closed Loop". This platform does not allow the import, auditing, or "Digital Wax Seal" application for externally captured media files, such as those generated by DSLRs or third-party recording software. Only media captured natively through the VRA "Burner Node" is eligible for processing within the proprietary Sovereign Vault.

SECTION 2: RESTRICTIONS ON USE

2.1 Prohibited Conduct

The User shall not, and shall not permit any third party to engage in the following restricted activities:

(a) Reverse Engineering: The User is strictly prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying "Notary Logic" of the Sovereign Vault or the PRNU-authentication algorithms.

(b) Bypassing Security: Any attempt to circumvent the hardware-binding protocols, biometric locks, or "Digital Wax Seal" mechanisms is a material breach of this Agreement.

(c) Data Scraping: The use of any automated system, including robots or spiders, to scrape "Truth Packets" or "Discovery Vault" data for the purpose of training third-party AI models is strictly prohibited without an express Marketplace License.

(d) Spoofing and Forensic Fraud: The User shall not utilize virtual cameras, GPS emulators, or kernel-level modifications to inject synthetic data into the VRA capture pipeline. The use of "Rooted," "Jailbroken," or otherwise modified mobile operating systems is strictly prohibited and constitutes Forensic Fraud.

2.2 Hardware Integrity and Attestation

The VRA utilizes hardware-level attestation to detect OS modifications. The User acknowledges that any Truth Packet generated on a compromised or modified device will be flagged as "UNVERIFIED," and the associated account will be subject to permanent termination.

2.3 Prohibition on Adversarial Development

The User is strictly prohibited from utilizing Licensed Data, hardware metadata, or Active Interrogation logs to attempt to discover the underlying logic of VRA’s PRNU Silicon Fingerprinting. Specifically, the use of such data to develop, train, or test "Anti-VRA" spoofing tools, deepfake generators, or any adversarial technology intended to circumvent VRA’s forensic verification protocols is strictly forbidden.

SECTION 3: FORENSIC INTEGRITY AND TECHNICAL SAFEGUARDS

3.1 Temporal Integrity (The "Oracle" Clock)

To prevent back-dating fraud, the VRA utilizes a server-side "Oracle" for all timestamps. The User acknowledges that:

(a) System Time Override: The VRA ignores the device’s local system time. Any attempt to spoof GPS time or manipulate the internal clock will result in a "Temporal Conflict" flag.

(b) Security Window: Captures must be synced with Bizbio servers within twelve (12) hours of recording. Truth Packets not synced within this window will lose their "Forensic-Grade" status and may be rejected by the Notary Logic.

3.2 Spatial and Z-Axis Accuracy

The User agrees that for a capture to be certified, the device must maintain a minimum GPS/GNSS accuracy threshold. In high-density urban environments, the VRA queries vertical (Z-Axis) telemetry to distinguish between floors in a multi-story structure. The User shall not obstruct the device's sensors (accelerometers or gyroscopes) during an "Active Interrogation" sequence, as this metadata is required to verify the Physical Root of Trust.

3.3 PRNU "Silicon Fingerprint" Binding

Every Truth Packet is cryptographically bound to the unique Photo-Response Non-Uniformity (PRNU) noise pattern of the User's camera sensor.

(a) Hardware Migration: If the User upgrades their hardware, they must complete a "Hardware Migration Protocol" to register the new sensor fingerprint.

(b) Device Sharing: The license is bound to the registered hardware. Using a single account across multiple unregistered devices is a breach of the "Forensic Chain of Custody" and will result in the suspension of the Notary Logic license.

3.4 Data Compression and "Soft Warning" Rights

Bizbio Inc. prioritizes the integrity of the "Digital Wax Seal" over raw file size.

(a) The Compression Right: If a capture exceeds the purchased data allowance (e.g., 1GB), Bizbio reserves the right to apply bitrate compression or downscaling (e.g., 4K to 1080p) to the Truth Packet to ensure compatibility with the Sovereign Vault storage tier.

(b) Storage Thresholds: The User will receive a "Soft Warning" within the VRA interface when approaching 90% of their data allowance. Continued recording beyond the threshold constitutes a waiver of high-bitrate rights.

3.5 Sensor Integrity and PRNU Drift

The User acknowledges that hardware sensors are subject to physical degradation over time and environmental variance (e.g., thermal exposure, cosmic ray strikes, or sensor aging).

(a) Algorithmic Variance Window: VRA utilizes a proprietary "Algorithmic Variance Window" to account for natural Photo-Response Non-Uniformity (PRNU) drift. However, if the hardware fingerprint shifts beyond the tolerated threshold, the Software may flag the device as "Non-Attested."

(b) Disclaimer of False Positives: Bizbio Inc. is not liable for "False Positives" or account suspensions caused by uncalibrated sensor drift. The User agrees that such flags are a necessary technical safeguard to maintain the integrity of the Sovereign Vault.

(c) Mandatory Re-Calibration: VRA reserves the right to trigger a mandatory "Hardware Re-Calibration" session at any time. The User’s continued license to seal Truth Packets is contingent upon completing these calibration protocols as prompted by the Software.

SECTION 4: SAFETY PROTOCOLS, USER CONDUCT, AND PRIVACY SHIELDS

4.1 Safe Operation and Road Safety Warranty. The Contractor acknowledges that the VRA Platform is intended for use in a stationary or pedestrian capacity. Because the Contractor is an independent professional, Bizbio Inc. does not monitor or supervise the Contractor’s physical movements in the field.

(a) Warranty of Safe Use: The Contractor warrants and represents that they will not operate the VRA Software, view the mobile interface, or attempt to perform a Mission while operating a motor vehicle, bicycle, or any other form of transit.

(b) Compliance with Laws: The Contractor is solely responsible for complying with all local "distracted driving" and traffic safety laws.

(c) Assumption of Risk and Waiver: The Contractor assumes all risk of physical injury or property damage incurred during the performance of a Mission. Bizbio Inc. shall not be liable for any accidents, traffic citations, or legal penalties resulting from the Contractor’s failure to operate their vehicle or the Software in a safe and legal manner.

(d) No Managerial Safety Oversight: The Contractor acknowledges that Bizbio Inc. does not provide safety training, specialized equipment, or "On-the-Clock" supervision. The Contractor is responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of the public while in the field.

4.2 The "Duty to Retreat" and Site Conduct

The Software is a tool for forensic observation, not enforcement.

(a) Retreat and Report: If a User (particularly an independent Verifier) encounters physical confrontation, threats, or unsafe site conditions, they are strictly instructed to "Retreat and Report." The User shall immediately cease capture and depart the area.

(b) Lawful Access: The Software does not grant the User any "Special Status" or legal right of entry. The User must comply with all local trespass laws and respect "No Filming" signs in private or restricted areas unless explicit legal authority is provided by the Client.

4.3 The "Panic-Wipe" and Session Termination

For Users operating in high-stakes or hostile environments, the Software includes a "Panic-Wipe" (Session Termination) protocol.

(a) Obfuscation Mode: Entering a pre-defined "Panic PIN" will immediately shred the local session encryption keys and scrub all cached PII from the device's volatile memory.

(b) Data Finality: The User acknowledges that data lost during a Panic-Wipe is unrecoverable. Bizbio Inc. provides this feature as a safety/privacy shield and is not responsible for the resulting forensic gaps in a Mission Order.

4.4 Residential Privacy and Anti-Stalking Geofences

To prevent the misuse of "Verified Reality" for harassment or unauthorized surveillance, the Software may utilize Residential Privacy Geofencing.

(a) Automated Redaction: The Software may automatically flag or restrict high-resolution "Active Interrogation" in areas designated as sensitive residential zones unless the Mission Order is tethered to a verified legal or insurance claim (e.g., property damage assessment).

(b) Anti-Stalking Policy: Using the VRA to track, monitor, or harass individuals is a material breach of this EULA and will result in an immediate permanent ban and, where required by law, a report to the relevant Ontario authorities.

4.5 The "Digital Press Pass" Limitation

The VRA Digital Credential is an identity verification tool used to prove the User is an authorized Verifier for the Bizbio platform.

(a) No Legal Immunity: The Credential does not confer "Press," "Media," "Official," or "Private Investigator" status under Canadian law.

(b) Conduct Representation: The User shall not represent the Credential as a legal shield to bypass police cordons or ignore lawful directives from property owners or emergency personnel.

SECTION 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

5.1 Ownership of Proprietary Logic

The User acknowledges that Bizbio Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the proprietary portions of the Software, including but not limited to:

(a) The "Active Interrogation" hardware-query protocols.

(b) The PRNU-Key Verification and sensor fingerprinting algorithms.

(d) All associated trademarks, trade secrets, and patent-pending technologies (currently managed under USPTO and IPON frameworks).

5.2 Prohibition on Derivative Works

The User is strictly prohibited from creating derivative works based on the proprietary Notary Logic. Specifically, the Licensee shall not utilize any Licensed Data, hardware metadata, or Active Interrogation logs to attempt to reverse-engineer or discover the underlying logic of Bizbio’s PRNU Silicon Fingerprinting.

5.3 Anti-Forensic Boundary

The use of Licensed Data to develop, train, or test "Anti-VRA" spoofing tools, deepfake generators, or any adversarial technology intended to circumvent the platform’s forensic verification protocols is a material breach. Such action shall result in:

Immediate termination of all licenses.
Permanent forfeiture of all fees paid.
Legal action for trade secret misappropriation.

5.4 Feedback License

Any suggestions, enhancement requests, or feedback provided by the User regarding the Software ("Feedback") shall become the sole property of Bizbio Inc. Bizbio shall be entitled to use such Feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to the User.

SECTION 6: TERMINATION, SUNSETTING, AND JURISDICTION

6.1 Termination for Breach

Bizbio Inc. reserves the right to terminate this License immediately and without notice if the User is found to be in violation of the Forensic Integrity standards (Section 3) or the Prohibited Conduct clauses (Section 2). Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all local copies of proprietary Notary Logic.

6.2 The "Sunset Provision" (Version Obsolescence)

As "Verified Reality" is an evolving field, forensic protocols must be updated to address new synthetic threats.

(a) Mandatory Updates: Bizbio Inc. may "Sunset" (deprecate) older versions of the VRA.

(b) Forensic Expiry: The User acknowledges that Truth Packets captured on a "Sunsetted" version of the app may lose their certification status within the Sovereign Vault if the User fails to update the Software within the designated grace period.

6.3 Limitation of Liability (The "Analog Hole" Cap)

In no event shall Bizbio Inc.’s aggregate liability for all claims related to the Software exceed the total amount of fees paid by the User to Bizbio Inc. during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Bizbio Inc. is not liable for "Analog Hole" failures where the User has manually interfered with the physical scene in a way that bypasses digital sensors.

6.4 Governing Law and Forum

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this EULA shall be instituted in a court in London, Ontario. The User and Bizbio Inc. agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action.

6.5 Survival

Sections 2 (Restrictions), 5 (Intellectual Property), and 6.3 (Limitation of Liability) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

SECTION 7: BOUNTY MISSIONS AND TEMPORAL INTEGRITY

7.1 Mission Acceptance (The "Claim"):

Certain captures are designated as "Bounty Missions" with associated rewards. The User acknowledges that once a Bounty is accepted, the User has a designated "Execution Window" to complete the capture.

7.2 Anti-Sniping and Back-Dating Prohibitions:

To ensure the temporal integrity of forensic evidence, "Sniping"—the act of fulfilling a Bounty using a "Solo Packet" (a video captured prior to the Bounty's issuance)—is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Proof of Presence

All Bounty rewards are contingent upon the "Physical Root of Trust" confirming that the User was physically present at the designated GPS coordinates during the specific time-window of the Bounty. Failure to satisfy the Active Interrogation protocol results in a forfeiture of the Bounty reward.

SECTION 8: FORENSIC ADMISSIBILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

8.1 No Guarantee of Admissibility

While the VRA provides forensic-grade attestation (C2PA compliant), Bizbio Inc. makes no warranty or representation that any Truth Packet will be deemed admissible as evidence in any specific court, tribunal, or insurance arbitration. The determination of evidentiary weight remains solely with the presiding judicial or administrative body.

8.2 Outcome Independence

Bizbio Inc. provides the "Infrastructure of Truth," not the "Content of Truth." We do not warrant that the results of a capture will support the User’s legal position or insurance claim.

8.3 "As-Is" Forensic State

The Software is provided "as-is." Bizbio Inc. disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party AI interpretations (e.g., Axel/Stella) or the longevity of the cryptographic standards against future decryption technologies.

SECTION 9: EXTERNAL DEPENDENCIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE FAILURE

9.1 The "Oracle" and GPS Dependency

The User acknowledges that the VRA’s forensic integrity relies on external infrastructure, including the Global Positioning System (GPS/GNSS) and cellular network NTP servers.

9.2 Infrastructure Force Majeure

Bizbio Inc. is not liable for "Trust Failures" or the inability to generate a Digital Wax Seal caused by solar flares, satellite outages, GPS jamming, or regional internet blackouts.

9.3 Blockchain Persistence

If a User elects to use the Public Anchor (Arweave), they acknowledge that Bizbio Inc. does not own or control the Arweave network. Bizbio is not liable for any failure of the Arweave protocol to persist or display the cryptographic hash of a Truth Packet.

SECTION 10: EXPORT CONTROL AND COMPLIANCE

10.1 Dual-Use Considerations

The Software contains sophisticated encryption and forensic technology that may be subject to Canadian Export Controls or the international Wassenaar Arrangement.

10.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The User warrants that they are not located in a country subject to Canadian or U.S. government embargoes and are not listed on any government "Prohibited Party" list.

10.3 Sanctioned Entity Clause

Using the VRA to provide forensic services for, or on behalf of, entities currently sanctioned by the Government of Canada is a material breach and will result in immediate termination of the license and a report to the appropriate authorities.

SECTION 11: USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND INDEMNITY

11.1 Responsibility for Content

The User is solely responsible for all media, data, and information they capture, upload, or distribute using the Software (the "User Content"). Bizbio Inc. does not pre-screen or monitor User Content for legal compliance and acts solely as a neutral technical intermediary.

11.2 User Indemnity

The User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bizbio Inc., its officers, and its directors from and against any and all third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees (on a substantial indemnity basis) arising out of:

(a) The User’s capture of media in violation of third-party privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;

(b) The User’s narrative framing, headlines, or editorial context applied to a Truth Packet; or

SECTION 12: PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

12.1 Privacy Policy Incorporation

Use of the Software is also governed by the VRA Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the collection of high-sensitivity telemetry as defined in Section 8.7 of the Verifier ICA where applicable.

12.2 Third-Party Mapping and Infrastructure

The Software may utilize third-party mapping services (e.g., Google Maps, Apple Maps) and decentralized protocols (Arweave). The User acknowledges that their use of these features is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service. Bizbio Inc. is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party map data or failures in third-party decentralized storage.

SECTION 13: GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

This EULA, along with the VRA Privacy Policy and (if applicable) the Verifier ICA, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Bizbio Inc. regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings.

13.3 No Waiver

Bizbio Inc.’s failure to enforce any right or provision in this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.

13.4 Automatic Updates

Bizbio Inc. reserves the right to automatically push updates to the Software to maintain forensic integrity or address security threats. The User consents to these automatic updates as a condition of continued license.
