Adherence to Local Property Law: I explicitly represent that the deployment of my terminal will be executed in strict compliance with the laws of my current jurisdiction, specifically including the Trespass to Property Act (Ontario) and applicable privacy torts. I covenant that data collection will occur strictly from public vantage points or under explicit on-site right-of-entry authorization secured by the client or property authority.

Ledger Anchoring & Forfeiture Terms: I understand that my authenticated identity tokens, hardware metadata patterns, and localized routing paths will be permanently anchored to the immutable Bizbio Ledger for this Master VRA Asset ID. I acknowledge that any verified attempt to spoof device telemetry or inject synthetic payloads constitutes immediate grounds for permanent hardware blacklisting, platform decertification, and the total forfeiture of all current and prospective logic annuity balances for cause.
