Support

Help for the platform — not the middle of a mission dispute.

Verified Reality HQ handles technical issues, billing, and beta defects. Verifier performance is enforced in your dashboard — ratings, exclusion lists, and Radar re-dispatch — not by HQ mediation.

Infrastructure

We are the electric company.

If you don't like your independent electrician, you don't call the power company.

Verified Reality runs the grid — forensic capture, the marketplace ledger, and the tools that seal reality. Verifiers are independent contractors. We validate ground truth. We do not manage the person who walked the job.

The grid. Not the contractor.

Scope

What to send to HQ

  • · Software bugs, broken pages, capture or upload failures
  • · Billing, invoices, and subscription issues
  • · Account access and authentication problems
  • · Security concerns (subject line: SECURITY)

Marketplace

What stays in your dashboard

Verifiers are independent contractors. HQ does not manage, mediate, or reprimand individual field operators. If a mission goes poorly, use ratings, your exclusion list, and Radar re-dispatch.

Found a bug? You're testing alongside us.

Verified Reality is in active beta. Real-world media verification touches a lot of moving parts — capture devices, payments, AI checks, evidence packaging — and we need your sharpest eyes. If something doesn't behave the way you expected, please tell us exactly what happened.

This form goes directly to the support inbox — no AI, no automated triage, no third-party ticketing tool in between. Anonymous reports are welcome.

  • · If a button doesn't work, tell us which button.
  • · If you didn't get what you paid for, tell us what you ordered and what arrived.
  • · If the page broke, tell us where you were and what you clicked.
  • · If you can paste an error message or screenshot description, even better.
  • · Write it like a vibe-coding prompt: what you were doing, what broke, and what “fixed” should look like — clear enough to copy straight into a fix.
